The Club was founded in 1989 by a Swiss soccer player named Hans Gamper, better known in Spain as Joan Gamper, after having published an advertisement in the newspaper calling for the creation of a football club. Only 11 players appeared because of the announcement, led by Joan Gamper, thus giving birth to what we know today as FC Barcelona. Click the next ARROW to see the next image!
